Product details

The STYQ-1000 Fluorescent & Dye Penetrant Inspection Line is a semi-automatic non-destructive testing (NDT) system using fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and dye penetrant inspection (DPI) technologies to detect surface-breaking discontinuities in non-porous materials. The system is widely used for inspecting metallic materials, castings, forgings, machined components, welded parts, and various non-porous non-metallic materials. It effectively detects cracks, porosity, laps, seams, and other surface defects while significantly improving inspection quality, productivity, and process consistency.

The STYQ-1000 inspection line provides a semi-automatic inspection process covering cleaning, drying, penetrant application, emulsification, rinsing, developer application, inspection, and post-cleaning, greatly improving inspection quality and production efficiency.
