CQE-10000 Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine for Large Marine Crankshafts
Crankshaft magnetic particle inspection machine for large marine crankshafts and oil & gas pipelines up to 1,000 mm in diameter and 14,000 mm in length. Flexible electrodes and nylon support rollers ensure stable rotation, with PLC-controlled magnetization, spraying, rotation and demagnetization.

External coil port
Cable-wrap magnetization for oversized parts
Every machine's power cabinet has an external coil port. When a part is too large or heavy to load into the machine, connect a flexible cable to the port and wrap it around the part to form a coil, so the part can be magnetized where it stands.
